Ordering

You can order from us 1 of 3 different ways.


  • Online (Preferred Method) - When you order from this site, your order is processed with 128 bit secure encryption.  This option is the fastest way to receive your items from us.  Using any of the other methods below are slower as we give preference to our online customers.  There are many more steps involved in sending out mail, phone, and fax orders to our processing center so your order will be delayed.  
  • Mail - Print our Mail/Fax form by clicking the link at the top right of the page and mailing it to:

    Please be advised that all check / money order sales can take 6 to 8 weeks to process and deliver.  Online sales are much quicker and are the preferred method.

Sales Tax
All Maryland orders will be subject to a 6% sales tax.  This includes sample items.

Delivery
Normally we ship all our products by USPS Priority Mail; except samples.  In some instances, we may choose to ship via UPS Ground or USPS Media Mail or USPS First-Class.  Method of these four types of shipment is at our discretion.

Although we try our best to get your packages to you, we are not responsible for any packages left at your door.  If you opt for standard shipping without signature confirmation you authorize your delivery person to leave the package at your door at your risk.  You must be present to sign for your package or you will have to pick it up at the post office to sign for it.  Any packages sent back to us for failure to pick up at the post office can be resent at your expense.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We ship to all 50 US States, all FPO/APO addresses, and to all Canadian territories.  We unfortunately DO NOT ship outside of North America. 

All Canadian shipments are shipped using United States Priority Mail service.  Please be aware that Canadian Shipments may be responsible for brokerage fees, taxes and duties upon arrival of your shipment.

Return Policy
Any opened or damaged item(s) may NOT be returned.  Any of our samples, clearance, or gourmet items also cannot be returned. 

If an item is unopened and/or undamaged, it may be returned within 30 days from the ship date on your package, minus any shipping and handling charges and restocking fees.  

All shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All restocking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please be aware, if any item is returned to us with its original packaging opened, or past our 30 day return policy, you authorize us to recharge your credit card the shipping costs to send the item back to you.

Order Cancellation Policy
Normally all products we display on our website are in stock at the time of ordering, however backorders can occur.  At any time after placing an order you have the right to cancel the order until shipment occurs, however if an order is cancelled you may be subject to restocking fees.

All of our products are ordered directly from their respective manufacturers who may also have backorders of your items as well.  If this occurs, we will give you the option to cancel your order without subjecting you any restocking fees.


Restocking Fees
Any cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This covers the fees we incur to send your items back to the manufacturer.  This fee is not-refundable and you authorize us to deduct it from your credit, should you cancel or return your order.  If your order hasn't been charged yet, but has been ordered, you authorize us to charge you the restocking fee to your credit card should you cancel your order.

Clearance Items Policy
Occasionally we have items that we may need to clearance from our physical stores or website.  Any items we sell on clearance will be NON-REFUNDABLE.  

All of our clearance items are sold "as-is".  The items will be unopened and not damaged in anyway unless it is described as such in the description.

The inventory numbers we show are approximate.  We may or may not have all the rolls displayed.

Clearance items are available for purchase ONLINE ONLY.  No mail or fax orders will be accepted for our clearance items.


Privacy Policy
We at The Country Shoppe will not sell, distribute, or display your private information in anyway.  All information, including your email address, collected in our checkout process will not be used for any type of mailing list.  We will not share your personal information with any third party.

We do NOT solicit spam!


Declined Order Policy
If an order is declined from us, an email will be sent stating that the order was declined.  If this occurs, the order in question will have to be reordered from our 128-bit secure website. All items ordered will be placed back in inventory until items are reordered.

At no time will we ask for nor will we accept credit cards via email.  This is for the protection of all of our customers.
